Terms of service

Last updated August 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by FundFlow Inc. ("FundFlow," "we," "us"). By using the site or enrolling in a service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Who we are and what we do

FundFlow Inc. is an Illinois corporation providing credit restoration and credit education services to consumers. We review consumer credit reports, identify information that appears inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, and prepare and submit disputes on a client's behalf. We also provide education about credit and information about credit and lending products.

We are not a lender, bank, credit union, or credit card issuer. We do not extend credit, make lending decisions, set rates, or influence approvals. We are not a consumer reporting agency and we do not furnish information about you to credit bureaus. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a United States resident with the legal capacity to enter a contract.

3. No guarantee of results

We cannot and do not promise any particular outcome. Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee that any item will be removed, corrected, or updated.
  • We do not guarantee any credit score increase, any amount of increase, or any timeframe.
  • We do not guarantee that you will be approved for any credit product, or approved at any particular rate or amount.
  • Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report. Nothing we do changes that.

Results depend on the contents of your credit reports, the responses of the bureaus and furnishers, and your own financial behavior during and after our engagement.

4. Your rights, which you keep

You have the right to dispute information on your credit reports directly with the consumer reporting agencies yourself, at no cost. You have the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report from each nationwide consumer reporting agency. You may cancel your contract with us in accordance with its terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms waives any right you have under federal or state law.

5. What you're responsible for

  • Accurate information. Everything you give us must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information, or asking us to dispute information you know to be accurate, is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
  • Documents. Bureaus will not process disputes without proof of identity and address. If you don't provide them, we cannot do the work, and time on your plan will continue to run.
  • Forwarding correspondence. Bureaus and furnishers respond to you, not to us. You need to send us what you receive, promptly, or we're working blind.
  • Your own credit behavior. New late payments, new collections, and new applications during our engagement can undo progress faster than we can make it.
  • Account security. Keep your login credentials confidential.

6. Fees, billing, and cancellation

Fees, billing frequency, and cancellation terms are set out in the separate written service agreement you sign at enrollment. That agreement controls if it conflicts with anything here. Recurring fees continue until you cancel in the manner described in that agreement. Third-party costs — such as fees charged by credit monitoring providers or credit-building products — are separate from our fees and are paid by you directly to those companies.

7. Affiliate relationships

This site and our communications contain affiliate links. We may be compensated when you apply for, open, or are approved for a product we feature or recommend. This may affect which products we show and in what order. It does not affect what you pay for those products, and it does not affect our fees. See our affiliate disclosure for detail.

We do not control third-party products. Terms, rates, fees, and approval decisions belong to the issuer or lender. Read their disclosures before applying.

8. Website content

Content on this site is general information, not personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. We try to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current. Product terms change without notice.

9. Intellectual property

The FundFlow name, logo, site design, and content are owned by FundFlow Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access to any system, to scrape or harvest data, or to impersonate anyone.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundFlow Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the site or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FundFlow Inc. harmless from claims arising out of information you provided that was false or misleading, or your violation of these terms or of any law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may revise these terms. The revision date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept it. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated by email.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the privacy policy, affiliate disclosure, and any signed service agreement, are the entire agreement between us regarding this subject.
