Privacy policy
Last updated August 18, 2026
This policy explains what personal information FundFlow Inc. ("FundFlow," "we," "us") collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. It applies to this website and to our credit restoration and credit education services.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact information — name, mailing address, email address, telephone number.
- Identity information — date of birth and Social Security number. We collect these because credit reporting agencies require them to locate and release your credit file, and because disputes cannot be filed without verified identity.
- Identity documents — government-issued photo identification and proof of address, which the credit bureaus require before they will process a dispute.
- Financial information — employment status, income range, stated purpose for credit, and payment information for our own service fees.
- Communications — anything you send us by email, text message, web form, or in a phone call, including recordings where a call is recorded and you have been notified.
Information we obtain from others
- Credit report data — with your written authorization, we obtain your consumer credit reports and scores from consumer reporting agencies or their authorized resellers. This includes account histories, balances, payment records, public records, and inquiries.
- Responses from bureaus and furnishers — results of disputes we file on your behalf.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including those used by analytics providers and affiliate networks to attribute a referral to us.
Why we use it
- To provide the services you enrolled in, including pulling reports, preparing and sending disputes, and tracking results.
- To verify your identity, which is required before a bureau will act on a dispute.
- To communicate with you about your account by email, telephone, and text message.
- To identify credit and lending products you may be eligible for and to tell you about them.
- To process payment for our services.
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.
- To measure how our website and communications perform, in aggregate.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
- Consumer reporting agencies and data furnishers — we transmit your identifying information and dispute materials to Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, and to the creditors, collectors, and other companies that reported the items being disputed. This is the core of the service and cannot be opted out of while remaining a client.
- Service providers — the vendors who run our client management software, credit report access, payment processing, email and text messaging, letter printing and mailing, and hosting. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Affiliate networks and advertising partners — when you click an affiliate link on our site or in a message from us, the network and the advertiser receive information about that click, which may include a non-identifying tracking identifier, your IP address, and your device information. If you then apply for the product, your application goes to that company directly and is governed by their privacy policy, not this one.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply.
Text messages and calls
If you provide your telephone number and consent, we may contact you by telephone call and text message, including through automated systems, regarding your account and regarding credit, lending, and credit-building products. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages about an active account.
Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but not service messages about an account you have with us.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep the site working, to measure traffic, and to attribute affiliate referrals. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking them may prevent parts of the site from working.
How long we keep information
We retain client records for as long as your account is active and afterward for the period required to satisfy legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Credit report data and identity documents are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet those obligations, and are then deleted or destroyed.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls limiting employee access to what their role requires, and vendor agreements requiring comparable protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
- Deletion — you may request deletion, subject to information we are required to retain.
- Withdraw authorization — you may withdraw your authorization for us to access your credit reports at any time, which will end our ability to provide the service.
- Cancel — you may cancel our services as described in our terms of service.
- State-specific rights — residents of certain states have additional rights regarding access, deletion, correction, portability, and opting out of certain sharing. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Third-party sites
Links to lenders, card issuers, and credit-building companies take you to sites we don't operate. We aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before submitting information to them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top will change, and material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
